About Us

We offer quality legal advice.

Our History

Since 2004, Simpkins & Co Solicitors has been providing professional and friendly legal advice to private individuals. We began as a local firm of solicitors based in Highcliffe, Dorset, primarily serving the counties of Hampshire and Dorset, although we can assist clients anywhere in England and Wales.

In 2015 we opened our Polish Litigation Department to meet the growing needs of our expanding client base within the Polish community.

In 2020, we relocated our main office to the delightful New Forest town of Lyndhurst. Our office, located on the High Street, is directly opposite a large car park. Our presence in Lyndhurst will help to cement our reputation as the ‘go-to firm’ for clients based in the New Forest and surrounding areas.

Our reputation is founded on providing specialist advice in a professional and approachable manner. We pride ourselves in putting our clients at ease, offering first-rate client care and customer service at all times, and doing our best to make the law clear.

Our Local Community

We are actively involved in our communities and the networks we operate within. We take corporate social responsibility very seriously, and believe in ‘paying back’ to support others. One of our senior members of staff works on a voluntary basis with the local Citizens Advice, and each year we become involved in a number of charitable events, either by participation or sponsorship.
